All E-Store purchases are eligible for a full refund at the time of pick-up if the item does not meet your satisfaction when you see it in-person. If you take the item home and decide later it does not meet your satisfaction, you are eligible for our normal refund/return policy of exchange/store credit within two weeks of the purchase date.
All items on the E-Store are also available for purchase on the Habitat Store sales floor. Store staff work diligently to remove inventory from the E-Store if it is sold at our Store location. If you request to purchase an item on the E-Store that has already been purchased in the Store, a Habitat staff member will notify you by email and ensure your credit card is not charged for the purchase.
