E-Store

E-Store Policies:

While the Habitat Store is temporarily closed, the E-Store will continue to be available for shopping and monitored on a daily basis. If you purchase an item on the E-Store, a Habitat Store staff member will contact you by email or phone to arrange pick up.


Gift cards purchased on the E-Store will be sent by mail. A Habitat Store staff member will contact you for a mailing address.


All E-Store purchases are eligible for a full refund at the time of pick-up if the item does not meet your satisfaction when you see it in-person. If you take the item home and decide later it does not meet your satisfaction, you are eligible for our normal refund/return policy of exchange/store credit within two weeks of the purchase date.

  • All E-Store purchases are eligible for a full refund at the time of pick-up if the item does not meet your satisfaction when you see it in-person. If you take the item home and decide later it does not meet your satisfaction, you are eligible for our normal refund/return policy of exchange/store credit within two weeks of the purchase date.
  • All items on the E-Store are also available for purchase on the Habitat Store sales floor. Store staff work diligently to remove inventory from the E-Store if it is sold at our Store location. If you request to purchase an item on the E-Store that has already been purchased in the Store, a Habitat staff member will notify you by email and ensure your credit card is not charged for the purchase or will immediately refund the purchase on your card if the transaction as gone through. 
  • We ask that you pick up your item/s within two business days of the purchase. Business days include Mon-Fri 10-6 and Sat 9-5. We are closed on Sundays. Because space is very limited at the Habitat Store, we charge a $5/day storage fee after two business days have passed. Please communicate with Store staff if you are having trouble finding time to pick up your item.
