Online Store Policies:
The Online Store is available for 24/7 shopping and is updated daily! If you purchase an item on online, once you receive a confirmation email, you need to pickup your items within 2 business days.
Pickups can completed Tuesdays between 10 am - 4 pm, and Wednesday - Saturday between 10 am - 5 pm.
After the 2 business days, a storage fee of $5 per day will be charged.
All online purchases are eligible for a full refund at the time of pick-up if the item does not meet your satisfaction when you see it in-person. If you take the item home and decide later it does not meet your satisfaction, you are eligible for our normal refund/return policy of exchange/store credit within two weeks of the purchase date.
All items pictured online are also available for purchase in the Habitat Store.
Please communicate with Store staff if you are having trouble finding time to pick up your item.
